No need! Our cleaners bring all necessary professional products and equipment.

Do you clean detached houses or homes with special layouts?

Yes, we clean all kinds of properties—detached houses, summer homes, row houses, and apartments with custom layouts.

 When booking online, include room and bathroom count, and mention your floor space in the comments. You can also book via WhatsApp or our call center.

Do you only operate in Berlin?

We work in Berlin and its suburbs.

Who are your cleaners?

Our cleaners are carefully selected and trained professionals. Every team member undergoes background checks, interviews, test cleanings, and training sessions.

Can you return my keys after cleaning?

Yes! We offer a key pick-up and return service. You may also hand over keys in advance.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

We take every concern seriously. Send us photos via WhatsApp or email. We’ll respond immediately and work to resolve this may include a free re-cleaning or a refund, depending on the case.

What’s the difference between general and deep cleaning?

General cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, and basic bathroom/kitchen cleaning—perfect for upkeep.

Deep cleaning covers everything above, plus: behind/under appliances, grout scrubbing, limescale removal, and detailed attention to corners and edges. Ideal for first-time or infrequent cleanings.

How do I make a booking?

Book online, by phone, or via WhatsApp. Online payments can be made by card. If booking by phone or WhatsApp and you prefer to pay online, we’ll send you a secure payment link.

How do I cancel my booking?

After booking, you receive a confirmation email. You can cancel via email or by sending us the Widerrufsformular (Cancellation Form) via email or post.

Do you provide vacuum cleaners?

Yes. Choose “Extras: Vacuum Cleaner & Eco Options” while booking, or let us know via WhatsApp/email.

Can you use a steam cleaner?

We don’t bring one, but if you have one at home, we’re happy to use it—great for tile grout and chemical-free deep cleaning.

Can I book for today or in advance?

Yes! Same-day service is available—our team can arrive within 4 hours. You can also book up to a month ahead. Confirmation comes by SMS or email one day before.

Do you clean windows from both sides?

Yes, if the outer side is safely reachable (e.g., balcony, terrace, ground floor). We don’t use harnesses or equipment to work at heights.

Do your cleaners bring ladders?

No, for safety and transport reasons. If you provide a stable ladder or step stool, our cleaners can use it—if it’s safe

What’s included in kitchen cleaning?

Everything! Appliances, cabinets (inside & out), furniture, floors, windowsills, doors, and baseboards. We’ll also take out the trash.
Kitchen-only cleaning is available—no need to book full-home service.

Do you offer powerful vacuum cleaners?

Yes, but only cleaners who drive can bring them. Please notify us during booking.

Do you clean tile surfaces and joints?

Yes, tile and grout in bathrooms and kitchens are cleaned using regular products. We’ll gladly use your steam cleaner for deeper cleaning.

How are bathrooms counted?

If the toilet and bath/shower are in separate rooms, they still count as one bathroom.
Two toilets or two baths = two bathrooms.

How are rooms counted?

A living room–kitchen combo = 1 room + 1 kitchen. Even if a room was split into two, it counts as one if it was originally one.

How do you count balcony windows?

We count window sections:

2 small sections = 1 window

Can I choose my cleaner?

Yes. When booking, request a specific cleaner. In rare cases, your appointment might be moved by a day or two to accommodate.

How do I contact my cleaner?

Contact us via WhatsApp or phone, and we’ll share your cleaner’s number.

What cleaning products do you use?

We use professional, hypoallergenic, child- and pet-safe products. Cleaners carry 3–5 multi-use detergents for different surfaces.

How can I pay?

By credit card, PayPal, or cash via the website. Businesses can also request invoices for legal payments.

We operate under a public offer agreement, always available online.

Do you provide documents for businesses?

Yes—we can send invoices, service confirmations, or any document you require.

How does billing work?

Payments are processed via Stripe—we accept all major cards. Refunds are returned to the same card.
Your data is encrypted and securely stored.

Can prices change?

Our pricing is flat-rate for selected services. If you request additional tasks after booking, the price may change slightly. Otherwise, it remains the same.

What is a cleaning subscription?

Choose your preferred frequency (e.g., biweekly or monthly). We’ll schedule future appointments automatically.
You’ll get SMS and email reminders with links to edit or reschedule.

Can I have the same cleaner for every visit?

Yes, we try to assign the same cleaner whenever possible.

Can I change the date/time of my cleaning?

Yes! You can update your appointment at any time via the link in your SMS/email.

How is a subscription paid?

No prepayment required. You pay after cleaning by card or cash.
If you link a card, the amount is blocked before and charged after the service. Cancel 72+ hours in advance to avoid any charges.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. We don’t lock you into contracts.
To cancel, simply let us know. You can also pause, skip, or change appointments using the link we send via SMS or email.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes—please give us as much notice as possible.

Cancellation policy:

No fees apply if your appointment was booked less than 72 hours in advance or if there’s a force majeure.

QUALITY & SAFETY

Can I leave a tip?

Of course! You can add it to your card payment or give it in cash. 100% of the tip goes directly to your cleaner.

What if something is damaged during cleaning?

We are covered by liability insurance. Notify us right away, and we’ll report the issue to our provider. Please note that you’ll need to follow up with the insurer directly.

Can I leave a public review?

Yes, please! We love feedback. Share your thoughts on Google or our social media.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We protect your privacy with encrypted systems. All staff sign confidentiality agreements and are trained in data protection.
